Internship Program 2025

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Maintenance Services Intern, you will:

  • Analyze, optimize, and improve maintenance processes, helping a world-class company operate at peak performance.
  • Get mentorship and training from top maintenance professionals and develop a skillset that makes you stand out.
  • Develop skills in SAP, TPMS, Microsoft Office, and Power BI;
  • Collaborate with teams around the world, expanding your network and professional reach.

Bachelor’s degree in progress: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Business Administration.

Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Power Automate, and Power BI.  

We believe you have

  • Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected. 
  • Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected in July 2026.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
  • If all requirements are met prior, we will be happy to move forward with your application.

  • Application review (17 feb – 18 mar)
  • Video interview (online) (24 feb – 2 abr)
  • Interview (7 abr – 9 may)
  • Admission (9 may – 30 may)
  • Start Date August 11, 2025.
