Internship Program 2025
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Credits and Collections Intern, you will:
- Support Key Account Management team’s daily counterpart in credit control and collection related requirements.
- Reconciles customers’ accounts as needed to determine discrepancies and cash application issues.
- Collaborate to prepare and/or support on reports on monthly cash flow.
Bachelor studies in progress: Finance, Accounting, Administration or Industrial Engineering.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office. Effective communication, Customer oriented. English intermediate level.
As a Logistics and Supply Chain Intern, you will:
- Support booking of invoices.
- Maintain a regular, reliable and constant working system to receive and deliver all documents.
- Make documents available everywhere on time to several Tetra Pak companies and Customer Service and Finance department
- Perform Compliance Control (Import, VAT, three-ways match)
- Perform Statement of Account validation on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
- Perform a monthly extraction of Swiss Import documents.
Bachelor studies in progress: Industrial, Supply Chain or Logistics Engineer
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, SAP. Organization, attention to details, analytical thinking. English intermediate level.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will:
- Support with reports to control Stocks levels of finished goods at our plants in Americas, Europe, and Asia.
- Maintain a regular, reliable, and constant working system to receive and deliver all documents.
- Support with designs creation at master data level for all Tetra Paks customers in packaging material.
- Perform Analysis based on data to understand on time/in full order for all requisitions.
- Follow up and tracking of bookings with shipping lines contacts from our plants to our customers.
- Master data changes according to specific request by different areas, you will have relationship with Commercial, finance, marketing, shipping departments.
- Support with container adjustment with shipping departments in our plants.
Bachelor studies in progress: Industrial, Supply Chain or Logistics Engineer
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, SAP. Organization, attention to details, analytical thinking. English intermediate level.
We believe you have
- Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected.
- Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected between December 2025 and July 2026.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
- If all requirements are met prior, we will be happy to move forward with your application.

- Interview (7 abr – 9 may)
- Admission (9 may – 30 may)
- Start Date August 11, 2025.
