Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Start Date January 20,2025
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Finance & Market Operations intern ,you will:

  • Support the collection officers in daily activities;
  • Handle small customer statements;
  • Book incoming payments;
  • Follow up regularly on the status of credit and collection activities;
  • Have intermediate English skills.

Bachelor's studies in: Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.


As a Finance Operation Intern, you will:

  • Follow up on existing quality processes;
  • Implement new activities in other areas;
  • Ensure the execution of processes;
  • Conduct internal audits;
  • Enhance the Data Quality Management process by elevating it to a higher level;
  • Have Excel skills;
  • Have intermediate English skills.

Bachelor's studies in: Engineering and/or Administration.

 

As a Finance & Supplier Management Intern, you will: 

  • Standardize and improve the Purchase Requisition ( PR )  to Purchase Order ( PO ) conversion process for the Americas;
  • Understand impact of data accuracy in purchasing orders;
  • Provide feedback on system issues to the relevant supplier management contact;
  • Have software skills: Excel, Automation, Power BI;
  • Need Intermediate English.

Bachelor’s studies in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or any related fields.

We believe you have

  • Be an active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
  • Bachelor’s / University studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected. 
  • Have availability to complete 6-months or 1-year contract. 
  • Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge. 
  • Have availability to work 8 hours per day for the entire internship period.
  • Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
  • Expected graduation date between July 2025 and December 2026.
