Job Summary

We are looking for an expert who will be responsible for supporting the organization of activities among the team, anticipate delays and solve issues. Also, you will be responsible for compilation of data, analysis and structure of the information used by market Management and responsible for the strict application of group reporting guidelines, expert in analysis tools.
This position is base in Panama City, PA.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As an Accounting Expert Record to Report ( RtR), you will: 

 

  • Drive and monitor various activities in line with the Standard Accounting Timetable and internal procedures, related to the specific area of accounting sub process.
  • Follow and give feedback to team members to optimize performance.
  • Share business knowledge.
  • Support the organization of activities, anticipate delays, and solve issues.
  • Maintain a permanent contact with suppliers, colleagues, manager, and departments.
  • Stimulate understanding and cooperation across department boarders.
  • Give assistance and support to special flows, markets/factories analyses and financial issues.

We believe you have

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an international accounting department
  • Previous experience in developing and executing automation processes for cross function tasks is a must.  
  • SAP and Excel skills as a must
  • Skills as drive, receptive to change, strong communication, team player, proactively anticipate problems taking appropriate courses of action, confident communicator at all levels.
  • Fluent English level written and verbal.
