Job Summary


We are looking for a Package Performance Specialist who will play a key role in providing expertise within package performance and machine material interaction (MMI).

The role focuses on supporting regional operations and markets by solving complex technical issues, driving validation activities, contributing to product and portfolio development, and delivering training to both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment with strong impact on product performance and customer satisfaction.

This role can be based in Europe close to a Tetra Pak location. Travelling is expected to be up to 80% for this position.

What you will do

 

  • Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues using established problem-solving methodologies
  • System Performance Support
    • Analyze and resolve system performance issues related to package performance and MMI
    • Provide expert support to regional teams and customers
  • Validation & Development Activities
    • Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction), PD (Product Development), and PLC (Product Life Cycle) activities
    • Support field tests, validation, and verification activities
  • Implementation of Technical Solutions
    • Support development, verification, and implementation of solutions
  • Training & Capability Building
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance MMI competence
    • Train customers and market company staff
  • Risk & Compliance Activities
    • Support and participate in risk assessments, validation, and market deployment
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders
    • Drive best practice sharing and prevent issue reoccurrence

We believe you have


We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with strong technical expertise and collaboration skills.

You likely have:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Packaging, Materials, or similar)
  • Solid experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of package performance and/or machine-material interaction
  • Experience with validation, testing, and system performance analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Fluent English; additional languages such as German and/or French are an advantage


It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience working as Senior Service Delivery Engineer within Services or within System Support
  • Knowledge and experience from Packaging Material
  • Experience delivering technical training
