Job Summary
We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Services Sales Team.
Main purpose of this role is to drive the service sales and support in Norway, focusing on our strategic and operational customers. You will provide technical support and solutions to our customers and colleagues during the sales and implementation phase. In this role you will also continue to build on an already strong customer relationships to achieve long-term sustainable growth by identifying and capturing business opportunities.
You will be expected to travel locally in Norway, Iceland and other Nordic markets. Expect to travel up to 50%.
This role can be based in Oslo (Norway), Aarhus (Denmark) or Lund (Sweden) and will report to the Services Sales Manager Nordics.
What you will do
As Services Sales Manager you will:
- Manage customer relationships and understand customer needs from a services perspective through a structured communication approach.
- Deliver/enable net sales targets in area of expertise and allocated customer accounts and support to deliver on financial target (top & bottom line).
- Drive opportunity management, create solutions, quote and present to customers with value selling approach. Negotiate and close deals in alignment with sales managers.
- Support marketing and drive customer presentations/workshops/webinars to generate leads and customer interest.
- Drive product deployment plans in collaboration with Product management.
- Manage internal interfaces to assure efficient delivery of services
- Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer.
We believe you have
- We believe that you are a person with experience from the food processing industry (dairy, plant-based, ice cream, cheese, powder). Preferably with technical education/degree as foundation.
- You need to have a strong technical understanding to take discussion with maintenance and production manager at site.
- It’s preferable with sales experience, but we would also consider a candidate with experience in managing customer relations.
- It’s important to have great communication skills and to enjoy interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. When it’s required, you need to be able to push your own agenda and drive it to completion.
- You need to be fluent in local language and English.
