Job Summary
Total control of the orders implemented in the Processing Region / Market / Category from order in to closed order (warranty included)
- Drive L1/L2 order projects according to Tetra Pak OFCE / OFSP processes and management system
- Taking the ownership of delivering L1/L2 orders within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on as is documentation after commissioning according to the working process
What you will do
- Ensure work is done according to the OFCE / OFSP working process
- Clarify customer needs, plan, execute and follow-up orders, according to agreed process, until handover to customer to fulfil customer satisfaction
- Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project deliverables according to project agreement (acc to order confirmation).
- Grow and maintain a strong network with Project Centre, Production Centre and SuM.
- Ensure resources deliver in order projects in full according to time, budget and quality
- Drive kick down meeting, identify root causes of cost variances and conclude the short term and long-term solutions.
We believe you have
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience with strong project management foundations.
- Demonstrate leadership capability, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis within procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing contexts.
- Proficiency in data visualization and cost performance tracking, with ability to identify risks and highlight optimization opportunities
