Supply Manager

Within the Finance, Supplier Management & Business Transformation organization, Supplier Management is the procurement function responsible for sourcing, contracting and managing the supplier base for Tetra Pak Processing and Packaging Solutions and Services.

We are looking for Supply Manager who will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers to ensure the execution of our global category strategies in Equipment and Parts segment.

You will be based in Olsztyn, Poland, and you will work in a global arena.

What You Will Do

As Supply Manager you will be responsible for:

  • a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the execution of our global category strategies in Equipment and Parts segment,
  • scouting and onboarding of a new supplier base of sub-contractors for the direct procurement segment in East Europe,
  • execution sourcing projects, supporting stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing supplier contracts and performance,
  • the definition and the execution of the assigned category strategy keeping track of the achievements vs. budget and securing prioritization of the agreed initiatives with suppliers and internal stakeholders,
  • you will secure the achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost and delivery of the supply base

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • University degree within Economics or Engineering and have a good command in English and Polish, both written and verbally,
  • 2+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management in an international global context as well as advanced data management, contracting and vendor management skills,
  • Good analytical and data management skills to be able to challenge the status quo based on data and key insights,
  • A good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills,
  • As a person you are results oriented, energetic, self-driven and have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity and continuous change.
