Production Planner

We are looking for a Production Planner who will focus on specifying, designing, procuring, maintaining and troubleshooting the manufacturing processes and equipment, used to support the plant operations.

We are glad to welcome fresh graduates profiles too, with a mechanical, automation engineering background or similar.

You will be based in Olsztyn, Poland.

What you will do:

As a Production Planner you will be responsible for:

•    To ensure the daily work on budgets, keeping deadlines and commitments are impeccable
•    Makes sure the weekly tasks and planning goes appropriately
•    Creating a summary of the month
•    Change management to help ensure a beneficial transition within the team when is required
•    Technology Deployment through training 
•    Working With World Class Manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing
•    Continuous improvement and refinement of the manufacturing Process Methodology
•    Define all standardized processes based on global standards and best practices – Equipment, Tooling, Process
•    Full equipment control in term of capacity and utilization
•    Quickly answer and help to fix process-related concerns in the manufacturing process area
•    Continuous cooperation on other internal projects

Who you are:

We believe you have:

•    Bachelor’s degree in the engineer or technical field is a must
•    Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar position in the mechanical industry is nice to have
•    Manufacturing knowledge and a good understanding of suppliers and customers is nice to have
•    Fluent in Polish written and oral is a must
•    English knowledge intermediate level is a must
•    Desire for continuous personal development, achieving annual goals
•    Good knowledge of Lean Management and Problem Solving Methodology as a common behaviour is an advantage
•    Good communication skills
•    Positive, can-do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset
•    Ability to work individually and a good team player 
•    SAP knowledge considering as a plus
