Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Management professional who will be responsible for selling production equipment and solutions for Diary /Cheese production to our costumers in South Europe. 

You will be based in Monza or in Rubiera.

 

What you will do

As our Processing Account Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Driving opportunity management  and sales of equipment or lines in different food categories (e.g. Cheese, Diary Processing and Ice Cream) including responsibility for sales budget and margins
  • Building a strong relationship with assigned customers
  • Providing inputs to the development of the new products and participate in industrialization of new products
  • Coordinating Business Intelligence with continuous studies and support ad hoc studies development
  • Reporting of the market situation: won and lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities
  • Securing a seamless and transparent collaboration with other functions in the company

 

 

We believe you have

  • Bachelors Degree in Diary/ Cheese Engineering/ Technology (preferred) 
  • Commercial experience: minimum 2 years experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing 
  • Experience of key account management is preferred
  • Ability to travel within Italy ( cca 40%)
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Positive, can do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset
  • Ability to work individually and a good team player
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
