Job Summary

 

Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT) is an integrated technology and process platform providing seamless end to-end supply chain visibility and enabling operational optimization. Tetra Pak is current looking for a Senior Outbound Planner to work in the SCCT Americas to manage outbound shipments. In this position you will be responsible to plan, create proper documentation, follow up and manage national and shipments with different modes of transport for Packaging and Additional Materials. As well, secure a world class service level at a competitive logistics cost and contribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence. This position reports to SCCT Outbound Team Leader.
 

This is a sensitive position according the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

 

This position is based in Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Senior Outbound Planner, you will:

 

  • Be responsible for BID implementations, carrier management and KPI’s;
  • Represent Supply Chain Control Tower in internal and external Audits;
  • Plan and manage shipments according to the schedule agreed with customers securing they will arrive on time;
  • Perform shipments follow up, identify, and communicate deviations to take proactive actions to mitigate impacts;
  • Have and maintain close relationship with customer service area to understand and monitor orders (end-to-end transport management);
  • Have and maintain close relationship with shipping lines, logistics operators, carriers and internal customers;
  • Participate and contribute with continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency, productivity, and quality;
  • Ensure that all activities within the supply chain control tower comply with rules and regulations established by local/regional/global authorities, as well as Tetra Pak procedure sand policies.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Advanced level of english. Spanish is a plus;
  • Ability to build and maintain relations with stakeholders as something natural to you;
  • You are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority;
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain and/or relevant business roles;
  • Knowledge in Continuous Improvements initiatives (Total Maintenance Productive -TPM or World ClassManufacturing - WCM);
  • Participation in BID process and implementation;
  • Knowledge on SAP and good command on Office Package;
  • Knowledge on Power BI reports is a plus;
  • Knowledge in OTM (Oracle transportation management) is a plus;
