Job Summary

We are looking for a Resource Planner to join our Services organization. In this role, you will support the planning and scheduling of Field Service Engineer activities, working closely with multiple stakeholders to help ensure efficient service delivery for both internal projects and customer needs.
This position has a direct impact on productivity, service quality, and operational performance. It offers a great opportunity to develop planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills while working in a dynamic and international environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing priorities, collaborating with different teams, and finding practical solutions to planning challenges. Whether your experience comes from internships, academic projects, or professional experience, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 9 months.
You will be based in Monte Mor, São Paulo.
You may be required to travel up to 15% of your time.

What you will do
As a Resource Planner, you will:
- Be responsible for managing and maintaining the planning board for Customer Service Operations, helping to drive productivity, quality, and efficient resource utilization;
- Coordinate and schedule Field Service Engineer activities according to business and customer needs;
- Support planning activities through the organization and maintenance of relevant information and data;
- Partner with managers and different stakeholders to understand demand and support effective resource allocation;
- Ensure clear and effective communication regarding schedules, priorities, and planning needs;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting planning processes, methodologies, and tools;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support improvement actions;
- Participate in operational and planning meetings with local and international stakeholders;
- Support training related to planning processes and tools when needed;
- Provide support to other team activities and collaborate with different areas whenever required.
We believe you have
- Experience or exposure to planning, coordination, administrative support, customer service, or similar activities gained through internships, academic projects, or professional experience;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- A proactive mindset, with the initiative to identify opportunities and contribute to solutions;
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Interest in learning, adapting, and contributing to continuous improvement;
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills;
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
