At Tetra Pak we are looking for a experienced (an talented) professional to join our Talent Acquisition Services team. As a Tetra Pak Recruiter, you will be a consultative talent acquisition partner for various business units mainly across the Americas (professional proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages is essential). You will lead effective screening, interviewing, and evaluation activities for a diverse range of job requisitions at all levels. Your role will be crucial in supporting our business growth and ensuring the successful delivery of Human Resources Talent Acquisition Service.

This position will be based in Monte Mor, São Paulo.

What you will do
As a Recruiter you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes to support the resourcing needs of multiple business units;
- Design, plan and drive the execution of resourcing strategy (including internet mining, job boards, employee and personal referrals, cold calling, headhunting) to fill higher volume and tricky positions;
- Conduct start-up meetings with hiring managers in order to gather key details for open requisitions, develop a recruitment strategy, and create compelling job postings;
- Manage administration of all requisitions and candidates in our systems;
- Act as an expert advisor to line managers and Human Resources colleagues in Talent Acquisition matters;
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship;
- Monitor Talent Acquisition technology trends, bringing new ideas to the team;
- Drive and participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the performance for the team;
We believe you have
- Experience as recruitment professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition (full cycle recruiting process);
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing and advanced assessment techniques;
- Innovative and proactive approach on Talent Acquisition;
- Technologically savvy in application tracking systems and platforms (Human Capital Management - HCM), like SAP SuccessFactors;
- Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact on all levels within the organization;
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to thrive quality service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences;
- Skills with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Time management skills with the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously;
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages (essential for recruiting across various countries in the Americas).
