Job Summary

 

We are looking for a Production Supervisor. This professional will be responsible for coordinating process activities, managing the team, motivating and developing the team to optimize processes. The goal is to ensure that products are produced safely, with quality, efficiency, within established deadlines, and in compliance with required standards.

 

The position is based in Monte Mor, Brazil.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or offer relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

 

  • Manage the operation of the production line;
  • Manage the results of key production performance indicators (KPIs) through team management of operators;
  • Suggest quick measures to solve process problems, ensuring safety, product quality, machine efficiency, etc.;
  • Coordinate different work processes throughout the production line;
  • Manage team and employee development;
  • Manage WCM activities in the factory, mainly Autonomous Maintenance, as a team leader, leading or acting as backup for a pillar, and conducting the DMS (Daily Management System) of your process;
  • Follow and promote safety standards;
  • Coordinate projects and process improvements.

We believe you have

 

  • Degree in Engineering or related fields;
  • Solid experience in the manufacturing area;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Advanced English;
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving tools (Cause and Effect, 5 Whys, etc.);
  • Knowledge in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in Autonomous Maintenance;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, etc);
  • Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
