Job Summary
Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT) is an integrated technology and process platform providing seamless end-to-end supply chain visibility and enabling operational optimization. Tetra Pak is current looking for an Outbound planner to work in the SCCT Americas to manage outbound shipments. In this position you will beresponsible to plan, create proper documentation, follow up and manage domestics and export shipments withdifferent modes of transport for Packaging and Additional Materials. As well, secure a world class service levelat a competitive logistics cost and contribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
This position is based in Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As an Outbound Transport Planner you will:
- Plan and manage shipments according to the schedule agreed with customers securing they will arrive ontime;
- Perform shipments follow up, identify and communicate deviations to take pro-active actions to mitigateimpacts;
- Have and maintain close relationship with commercial area to understand and monitor orders (end-to-endtransport management);
- Have and maintain close relationship with shipping lines, logistics operators, freight forwarders, brokers,carriers, terminals and internal customers;
- Customs clearance processes assistance;
- Participate and contribute with continuous improvements and operational excellence in terms of efficiency,productivity and quality;
- Ensure that all activities within the supply chain control tower comply with rules and regulations establishedby local/regional/global authorities, as well as Tetra Pak procedures and policies.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- Experience on Continuous Improvements initiatives (Total Maintenance Productive -TPM or World ClassManufacturing - WCM );
- Knowledge on SAP and good command on Office Package;
- Knowledge in OTM (Oracle transportation management) and/or other Transportation ManagementSystems is a plus;
- Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus;
- Availability to work from 11AM to 8PM.
