Job Summary
We are looking for a Material Planner who will ensure end‑to‑end material availability by analyzing demand, monitoring consumption trends, and optimizing inventory levels across the operation. You will manage planning parameters, execute MRP cycles, communicate supply risks, and collaborate closely with production and cross‑functional teams to secure stable and efficient supply performance.
In this role, you will drive data‑based decision‑making, lead improvements in planning accuracy, and develop automations and dashboards that enhance process efficiency. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs, and training activities to strengthen planning capabilities within the organization.
This is a sensitive position according to the OEA Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
This position is based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do
As a Material Planner, you will:
- Analyze demand, consumption trends, and inventory levels to ensure material availability;
- Maintain and update safety stock, master data, and material planning parameters in SAP and other systems;
- Execute MRP, monitor stock levels, and communicate supply risks to production planning;
- Send rolling forecasts to suppliers and follow up on deliveries, including imported and in‑transit materials;
- Collaborate with production and cross‑functional teams to address schedule changes, shortages, and customer requests;
- Develop process improvements, automations, and dashboards to enhance planning efficiency;
- Support KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and training on planning processes and tools.
We believe you have
- Studying for a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in material planning or related roles in manufacturing;
- Fluent and clear communication skills in English;
- Knowledge of SAP preferred;
- Strong skills in data analysis tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar;
- Background in KAIZEN or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills;
- Results‑oriented, responsible, self‑motivated, and a solid team player.
