As a Future Talent - Digital Analyst, you will be part of a global team supporting industrial digital solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will provide expertise, technology know-how, and consultancy in areas such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business applications, and enabling system infrastructure. Your role will focus on the deployment, configuration, optimization, and documentation of digital service solutions, as well as operational support to ensure long-term performance. You will also contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive value through digitalization.

Suggested majors: Engineering degree in Control and Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

What you will do


As a Future Talent - Digital Analyst, you will:

  • Support MES/MOM applications with specific automation competence (e.g., PLC/HMI programming, database management, object-oriented languages).
  • Deliver and maintain digital service solutions, business applications, and software within the upper layers of the Internet of Things (IoT) stack.
  • Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis using the Quality Trouble Investigation Methodology (QTIM), including documentation through QuTI-P reports.
  • Offer 24/7 remote support to ensure solution performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operational Field Customer Engagement (OFCE) teams during pre-project and installation phases of capital equipment, providing automation-specific expertise.
  • Build and maintain service system infrastructure (e.g., connectivity, networking, virtualization, database administration).
  • Support automation upgrade initiatives by contributing to the development and deployment of upgrade kits.
  • Train customer and Market Company (MC) staff in key technologies when relevant, and mentor other service engineers when needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of existing automation services and support Key Account and Sales teams in identifying business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture a technical network at cluster and global levels across various automation and digital organizations.

We believe you have

 

  • A recent degree in one of the suggested majors;
  • Technical skills and a hands-on mindset;
  • Team spirit and results orientation;
  • An innovative and continuous improvement mindset;
  • Proficiency in English (desirable);
  • Would be a plus to have knowledge in tools such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services and API development, Cloud, SQL/MySQL, Agile methodology, C#, MVC 5, Entity Framework;
  • Passion for excellence and customer centricity;
  • Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025.
