You will be based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil.
You may be required to travel to customer sites up to 75% of your time, regionally and occasionally internationally.

- Deliver outcome-based solutions through training and coaching on TPM methodologies, ensuring measurable value for customers;
- Act as a key partner in analyzing operational losses and recommending improvement strategies aligned with Tetra Pak standards;
- Lead communication plans and performance metrics for consulting contracts, coordinating daily activities and supporting Daily Management System (DMS) implementation;
- Participate in governance for advanced solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and continuous improvement;
- Provide insights to Market Operations to identify opportunities for new solutions and mitigate delivery risks;
- Collaborate with global WCM professionals and internal service teams to enhance consulting offerings and methodologies;
- Promote safety, productivity, and quality in all delivered services.
We believe you have
- A degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience;
- Solid knowledge of improvement methodologies such as WCM, TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma, ideally applied in manufacturing environments;
- Experience in consulting or service delivery, with the ability to influence and build trust with customers;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with commercial awareness and problem-solving ability;
- Familiarity with automation platforms, systems design, and food industry processes is a plus;
- Proven capacity to handle demanding situations in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, and adjust to evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage;
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
We Offer You
- A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape
- A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results
- An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion
- Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
