Job Summary
We are looking for a Capacity Planner to ensure optimal production capacity availability by efficiently analyzing resource utilization, planning capacity adjustments, and supporting operational readiness. The main objective is to enable seamless service to internal customers through proactive capacity management.
This is a sensitive position according to the OEA Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
The position will be based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Capacity Planner, you will:
- Analyze capacity utilization, production loads, and future demand to ensure adequate resource availability;
- Develop models, automations, and scripts to enhance capacity planning accuracy and efficiency;
- Monitor production constraints, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective or preventive actions;
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and supply teams to anticipate needs and mitigate deviations;
- Maintain and improve data quality in SAP and other internal systems related to capacity and resource planning;
- Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the planning ecosystem;
- Build dashboards and dynamic reports to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous operational experience in the area of expertise;
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar);
- Experience with process automation, simulation, or scenari oplanning tools;
- Familiarity with AI concepts applied to production, planning, or operations;
- English is must and Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- A results oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
