We are looking for a Procurement Analyst (Sourcing & Contracting) responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request for quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract management. Supplier analysis, competition, benchmarking, spend, etc. Responsible for supplier management aligned with the strategy, processes, and KPIs of the assigned suppliers.
 
This is a full‑time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, Brazil.
 
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a sensitive position according to the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Sensitive Positions Policy in Brazil.

What you will do

As a Procurement Analyst you will: 

  • Drive sourcing and contracting based on business needs, aligned with supplier management strategies.
  • Drive compliance with category strategy, supplier baseline plan, supplier management processes, contracts, and best practices.
  • Provide training and end‑user support on relevant tools, typically 1:1 instructions.
  • Participate in goal follow‑up and corrective actions. Communicate results and act as a proactive partner to end users.
  • Ensure proper use of relevant tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong management relationships with stakeholders. Communicate results and act as a proactive business partner.
  • Work according to good practices and enable on‑site networking.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or current university studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Preferably, global or international experience in sourcing, contracting, and supplier base management.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Intermediate level of Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the SAP Ariba IT system is preferred.
