Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) is responsible for developing and driving the processing business strategy. In addition, we are also responsible for capability development, direct supplier management, production and productivity in relation to all areas of Processing and Packaging equipment. PSE also manage all capital equipment projects and installations, as well as all global suppliers in the clusters – securing the seamless delivery of integrated offerings.

The PSE Supplier Management team is responsible for ensuring that we have a high performing supplier base and clear category strategies covering all Tetra Pak businesses, Packaging, Processing and Service.
In the role as Supply Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers. You will be responsible for a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the creation and execution of our global category strategies. You will, execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage supplier contracts and performance.

We are now looking for a Supply Manager to strengthen our team.
You will be based in Modena.
Main responsibilities
• Contribute to the supplier selection of new products in line with the commodity strategy, risk management, global process requirements
• Secure and maintain a supplier base in line with business requirements
• Ensure deployment and successful implementation of commodity strategies within the area of responsibility
• Ensure supplier agreements cover in terms of quality, delivery, cost and service level for the assigned portfolio
• Administrate the products master data
• Coordinate activities with the main stakeholders, e.g. Production Sites, R&D, Services, Finance
• Lead and participate to continuous improvement activities


The position demands a good level of commercial, relational and negotiation skills. As a person you are results oriented, self-driven and have strong communication skills. You can get others to see and believe your points, and you are analytical, methodical and efficient. We require that you have at least 2 years of experience in supplier management, logistics or supply chain management in a international global context. A previous experience in a Supplier Management function in the food packaging industry will be considered a plus.

You hold a University degree within Economics, Engineering.
You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
