Job Summary
Location: Preferred: Modena (IT) or Lund (SE); other European locations may be considered
Duration: 12-month maternity leave cover, starting December 2025

We are looking for a skilled Supplier Manager to join our Corporate & Professional Services team, with a focus on Development & Technology Consulting, Technical Documentation, and collaboration with start-ups and academia. You will play a key role in managing global supply categories, driving strategic sourcing, and partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value and performance.
What you will do
- Lead category strategy for Development & Technology Consulting services
- Manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure supply continuity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers
- Ensure compliance, sustainability, and risk management across categories
- Support global procurement excellence through best practices and knowledge sharing
We believe you have
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement, supplier management, or supplier quality in a global context
- Familiarity with Technical Consulting, Documentation, Contingent Workforce, or Temporary Labour services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP Ariba, SAP BO, and PowerBI are a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
