Job Summary
Would you like to become a “Programme Management Excellence Driver” within the “Programme Portfolio Management & PMO” team in Development & Technology Programme Management organization?
Within D&T Programme Management, the PMO team leads the consolidation of continuous improvements and best practices related to processes and tools, is responsible for Programme Management performance measures and leads the Programme Management capability development.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the excellence and continuous improvement of our Programme Management processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for process optimization and competence development.
This position is based in Modena and is a permanent position.
What you will do
Among key responsibilities in the role are:
- Product Creation 3.0 Local Process Driver for Programme Management:
- Drive process performance within Programme Management.
- Ensure that process objectives are met within Programme Management.
- Continuously increase the maturity of the process and sustain each level of maturity within Programme Management by gathering input on needed improvements (both process and tools).
- Drive the creation of improvement proposals and channel them to the Global Process Team for implementation.
- Drive the Product Owner and Scrum Master Communities of Practice (CoPs):
- Foster a collaborative environment for Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the CoPs.
- Drive Competence Development for Programme Management Roles:
- Develop and implement training programs for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Programme Managers, Portfolio Managers and Programme Directors.
- Ensure continuous professional development and upskilling of Programme Management roles.
We believe you have
- At least 3-5 years of experience in roles focused on driving improvement initiatives, with a solid history of delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments.
- A user-centred approach, prioritizing the end user and fostering alignment across various organizational functions to achieve shared goals.
- A relevant university degree and full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written. Experience as a change facilitator, Scrum Master or Agile Coach will be considered a plus.
- Demonstrate the Tetra Pak leadership behaviors in a good way, being dynamic, productive and passionately committed to continuous improvement without formal authority.
- Strong analytical abilities, allowing you to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to build trust, inspire alignment, and create productive partnerships.
