We are looking for a Future Talent – Production Engineer with passion to add value to our customers. Within our department, PSE Industrial Engineering, we focus on internal production support through complex technical problem solving. We act as a key link to the Development & Technology organization, as well as suppliers and customers. In the areas of assembly, testing, and dismantling of highly automated filling machine equipment, you will contribute to improving processes, tools, and methods that enhance product quality.

Position is permanent and based in Modena, Italy. Hiring Manager is Industrial & Production Engineering Leader, inside the organization “ PSE – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration”, Industrial Engineering.
What you will do
As a Production Engineer, you will:
- Lead technical issues resolution within Automation and Mechanical area, during equipment assembly and test, both at supplier and in internal production, securing functional performances of equipment before Installation, to grant deliveries in quality on time to Customers.
- Lead continuous improvement of internal production equipment testing methods, with an end-to-end view from product development to installation phase, through internal and supplier production operations, according to World Class Management methodology.
- Contributing to production readiness activities within the industrialization journey of filling equipment (Product Development and Product Lifecycle), securing new product production readiness as well as higher quality standards and specifications.
- Manage stakeholder interaction with the relevant internal organizations like D&T, SQ, SuM, Services, MC, as well as with both Suppliers and Customers.
- Contributing to Functional Test Participation with Customers.
We believe you have
- Masters degree in Mechatronic , Mechanical , Automation or equivalent
- Limited working experience in similar position of mechatronic industry.
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on and practical approach
- You can take initiative, and you have a strong sense of meet commitments.
- You are well-organized and accurate, with an excellent attention to detail.
