Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do

Plant Automation & Digital Solutions plays a significant role to obtain D&T Packaging Automation & Digital objectives in the current and future Tetra Pak product portfolio. As our new Future Talent – Software Engineer you will:

  • Develop and industrialize User Interface for Tetra Pak packaging equipment’s, based on Open-Source WEB framework technologies (ReactJS) for the FrontEnd and .NET 5 for the BackEnd.
  • Read, maintain, and modify technical specifications of UI applications for packaging lines equipment’s. 
  • Work in teams following Agile principles to support Projects objectives
  • Develop innovative UI solutions based on latest available technologies

We believe you have

  • Master Degree in Computer Science (Graduated between 2024-2025)
  • Practical/school experience on development of web-based UI architecture
  • You should be either proficient/knowledgeable with the most utilized web languages and technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, SASS, and ReactJS framework and related libraries, and/or .NET Framework.
  • You have knowledge about Docker technology and Azure services (DevOps, IoT) are desirable.
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken
  • You have good communications skills, written and spoken
  • Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
  • You are accurate, analytical, organized and results oriented, with a systematic approach to problem definition
  • You can anticipate and understand complex issues and situations and you can analyse possible solutions and implement the willing ones
  • You have good communication skills and the ability to work in groups and to create strong professional relations with different level of stakeholders (internal and external), exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals 
  • You have the capacity to drive activities and people independently and make things happen in the organization and drive them to completion
  • You can deal with external suppliers
