Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. We are looking for a Future Talent - Reliability Development Engineer, who will be part of the Reliability Engineering Team based in Modena and Lund. The main areas of responsibility of the Team are the assessment of the reliability targets for components and sub-systems across the development domain of the Equipment Engineering department; ensure the application of the reliability principles and methodologies in the development programs and the Verification & Validation activities; drive the FMEA correct application within Equipment Engineering; development of testing method; application of measurement techniques and related equipment; execution of the physical testing, laboratory analysis, documentation and sharing of the achievements.
This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy). You may be required to travel up to 20% of your time.

What you will do

 

  • Collect and define verification requirements for components and sub-systems 
  • Identify and create the testing methods
  • Elaborate the testing documentation (Test Specifications, Testing Equipment Specification, Test Report)
  • Be responsible for the execution of the testing activities
  • Drive the collaboration with external parties for the design, build and run (at agreed cost and time constrains) for specific RIGs. 
  • Collect, structure, and analyse data results
  • Report results and achievements to relevant stakeholders

We believe you have

  • Masters degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Materials or Mechatronics field or equivalent (graduation between 2024 - 2025)
  • Quality Oriented mind-set and focused on results
  • Comfortable  in a mixed working environment, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders having different technical and professional backgrounds  
  • Knowledge of Reliability principles and tools 
  • Knowledge on Failure analysis and with Statistical tools (Minitab, Weibull ++)
  • Strong Problem-solving capabilities 
  • Experience in Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience with Testing Methods: Accelerated Lifetime Test, Demonstration Test, DoE, etc. will be an advantage
