Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Are you passionate about quality performance, data and reports? Then the position of Future Talent - Quality Performance Analyst within Quality Analytics team is for you. The Quality Analytics team within Development and Technology works together with Markets and central organizations, to analyze customer issues and ensure the right problem understanding and prioritization to trigger quality improvements of our products. You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund and Modena, where You will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities, and build a global network. You will report to the Manager Quality Analytics. This role relies on gather data of quality performance, making analysis, visualize statistics, create report, dashboards and provide data intelligence at the right time against set requirements back to our business and stakeholders.
This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy.
What you will do
- Track, consolidate, analyse and report product/system performance data from multiple sources
- Contribute to develop and maintain the quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and data analytical tools to support the business need and provide factual elements for decision making
- Participate to the road map to evolve the quality data infrastructure and dashboards accordingly to the Quality Strategy and Development &Technology needs
- Gather data, making analysis, visualize statistics, create reports, dashboards and provide data intelligence at the right time against set requirements back to our business and stakeholders
- Build and continuously improve the quality data infrastructure and dashboards
- Build network with data science specialists and quality analysts company wide
We believe you have
- You have a Master Degree within Automation/Mechatronics Engineering, Statistics or related field (graduation between 2024-2025)
- You have experience within Quality, Statistics, Data visualization, Excel, R, Power BI, Python, etc
- You have proven track record in using Data analysis, Data collection, and Performance Simulation to strengthen the quality strategy and effective Issue Resolution
- You have strong informal leadership skills to create strong professional relationships with different senior levels
- You are recognized as reliable and trustworthy team player
- You are fluent in English and Italian
- As a person you have strong analytical skills and you can continuously prioritize and work under stress
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and you are a strong practitioner of creative techniques such as ideation and storytelling
