Job Summary
Responsible to support additional material costing process and financial planning, lead dedicated productivity improvement projects in the team, financial business partner for business stakeholder in BU and MO, long-term cost projection to facilitate the price positioning.
What you will do
- Contact with BU and MO for costing and margin related questions including new product cost simulation to support price decision
- Manage Strips & Film costing including actual, forecast and budget, for both production cost and standard cost
- Support caps costing area including production cost and standard cost
- Support NCSP programme in costing area
- Deliver and improve the standardized analysis reports
- Lead the productivity initiatives in the team
- Manage the Query Tool
- BW coordinator within the team
We believe you have
- 3-5 years of Business Control and finance experiences, including market experience
- Good knowledge to packaging material and additional material products
- Good at data engineering and analysis tools like PBI, Knime
- Being proactive, curious, open-minded and ability to learn on fly
- Ability to drive initiatives independently
- Good communication skills
