Our F&BT, PMCO + D&E team is currently looking for an ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skills to take the position of
PMCO & D&E Business Controller
Main purpose of the job:
The position is mainly covering the business partner role for Product Management & Commercial Operations – Carton Value & Economy, and Development & Engineering – Programme Management organisations.
Main responsibilities:
• Support product and project decision-making with financial support (financial business cases preparation and follow-up, profitability analysis over product life cycle) for the relevant Product Management areas in Carton Value & Economy; participate to governance forums for projects in the same areas as needed.
• Analyse and review portfolio quarterly financial performance, sharing insights and escalating issues to Product Group management team
• Provide expenses and investments budgeting and follow up, financial support to organizations and other controlling activities for relevant PMCO and D&E areas.
• Advise, train and support as appropriate colleagues and stakeholders on business control matters.
• Ensure respect of policies, procedures and guidelines related to own scope
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis, projects and initiatives.


The position can be based either in Modena, Italy or in Lund, Sweden
 

Qualifications

Education and Languages:
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fluent English


Professional Skills and Experience:
• Several years of experience in Business Control and Finance positions, minimum 3 years business controlling or analysis experience
• Good knowledge of Tetra Pak business, portfolio and processes
• Strong IT skills and solid command of Microsoft Office software and TP analysis tools will help
• Familiarity with Tetra Pak financial reporting principles is an advantage
