Job Summary
We are now looking a Shipping Coordinator to support with import-export operations, Annex 24 and 30, continuous improvement activities. In this role, you will provide input to different KPIs withing the Logistics area.
You will be based at the Mexicali factory, reporting to Planning & Logistics manager.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Shipping coordinator you will:
- Prepare and deliver all documents (Transfer orders, delivery Notes, CoC & fiscal invoice, credit notes) related export operations.
- Process all imports of raw materials and Machinery & spare parts.
- Contribute with continuous improvement activities thoroughly WCM methodology.
- Manage SAP and ZOE programs for daily operation.
- Communication with carriers requesting data for export operations.
- Creation of purchase requisitions for logistics area, review, and confirmation of weekly consolidated pediments with MX broker.
- Food defense and C-TPAT program.
- Main KPI PDIII compliance and follow up.
We believe you have
- A bachelor’s degree or Engineer’s degree
- Intermediate English level to maintain a dialogue in a presentation.
- 2 years’ experience in shipping and/or import-export area.
- Must have experience working with an ERP, strongly desirable to have experience with SAP & ZOE systems.
- Intermediate level using Office, advanced Excel will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and organized. Must be focused on results and teamwork.
