We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support our services buisness based in Melbourne, Australia.

As a Sales Support representatvie you will provide key support for services sales growth ambition through management of customer sales orders, pump builds and proactive customer support for key customers throughout Australia. 

What you will do

•    Handle telephone enquiries on price and availability of product from external customers
•    Provide support to Services stakeholders for Spare Part related queries including, but not limited to, identification/clarification of part numbers, pricing, and availability
•    Provide feedback to internal and external customers, e.g. quotations, written or verbal; issues affecting orders; order confirmations and delivery information etc
•    Liaise with overseas Tetra Pak companies and/or external suppliers regarding the fulfilment and importation /export of customer orders
•    Liaise with Freight Forwarders and Custom Clearance Agents as required for national and international shipments e.g. track and trace.
•    Process all types of Spare Parts orders for internal and external customers into Tetra Pak system; including but not limited to normal sales orders and contracts
•    Raise Stock Purchase Orders in SAP
•    Process and action Order Confirmation reports
•    Send AWB notifications to customers
•    Maintain and update Sales Orders as required
•    Run Outstanding Orders for invoicing report and produce customer invoicing
•    Process customer credits and return of parts to suppliers when necessary
•    Acquire parts data, load new part numbers as required and make necessary amendments to Master Data via MDM procedures
 

Who you are

  • Previous use of SAP preferred but not essential
  • High degree of problem solving skills and enjoy a challenge 
  • Individual must be highly motivitaed and results driven
  • Accuracy with figures 
  • Proactive disposition 
  • Must have great stakeholder management skills 
  • Customer centric 
  • Administration diploma preferred but not essential
