Job Summary

 

We are looking for a Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational Services business matters – including, but not limited to, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support. You will be a key part of the Customer Service and Design team and the Services Market Operations team, covering one or more customer accounts, working closely with stakeholders across all areas and levels of the business, offering a quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

 

You will be based in Melbourne, Australia.

 

What you will do

 

As a Services Account Representative you will:

 

  • Work with orders and order coordination of relevant parts and materials
  • Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities and participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams
  • Participate in service contract fulfilment and follow-up; Managing service scheduling conflicts and scope fulfilment and/or variations
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events
  • Lead customer enquiries to resolution; Responding and channeling it into the organisation as required
  • Support the sales team and customer to achieve desired outcomes

We believe you have

 

We believe that you are a person with strong customer service skills, a drive for results and the ability to prioritise and deliver what is needed.  You will be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues. You will have a proven ability to build and maintain successful relations with customers. You can demonstrate effective contract management and resolution of schedule conflicts.

 

In addition, you have:

 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration, across boundaries is preferred
  • Strong productivity and continuous improvement focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experience in a CRM system advantageous, but not essential
