Job Summary
Overall responsibility for managing small to medium size processing and/or packaging projects.
To manage the project within the framework of quality, scope, budget and time schedule, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate project team to ensure cooperation, project efficiency and wellbeing.
The position is full-time and will be based in Melbourne, Australia. There may be a requirement to travel, mainly within Australia, for approximately 35% of your time.

What you will do
- Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
- Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
- Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
- Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance, etc.).
- Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
- Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO's).
- Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
- Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
- Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
- Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities.
We believe you have
We are seeking individuals with:
- A University degree or equivalent, coupled with a solid foundation in Project Management fundamentals
- 10+ years of proven experience in project management preferably in the Food and Beverage Industry, with an interest in exploring new growth areas such as sustainability, wastewater, and plant-based products
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Possess an analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a team with excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
