Job Summary

 

Tetra Pak is looking for a professional to work as a Maintenance Supervisor, applying Maintenance knowledge and tools and working together with the production cell to achieve overall process and factory KPIs. This person will be responsible for coordinating TBM (Time Based Maintenance) and CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) processes, as well as all governance and daily routines.

 

This position is based in Ponta Grossa.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or provide relocation support for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Maintenance Process Supervisor, you will:

 

  • Create and manage the overall equipment reliability of the respective process through the planning, direction, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs;
  • Provide or facilitate technical leadership for analysts and technicians in machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective actions;
  • Plan shift team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels;
  • Conduct performance evaluations of technicians and analysts;
  • Manage Maintenance planning activities;
  • Participate in the DMS (Daily Management System), prioritizing day-to-day actions and assigning them to technicians;
  • Actively participate in the PM (Planned Maintenance) pillar.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is considered an advantage;
  • Solid experience in the Maintenance area;
  • Solid experience in Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance;
  • Knowledge of SAP PM module;
  • Experience with WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or other continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Experience with advanced methodologies within the PM pillar;
  • Previous experience as an Analyst or Supervisor will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
