Job Summary

Lead factory equiptment maintenance management in a standard factory/ operation along with facility maintenance or project management (where required) to achieve Factory results

What you will do

1. Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy

2. Propose and  implement factory investment according to factory strategy

3. Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization. Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including backup plan.

4. Plan and implement safeguard the installation and building as per safety regulations and laws.

5. Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input

6. Expenses control for department and production equipments, seeking opportunities for expenses reduction in Spare Parts area of Maintenance

7. Being a member of factory management team, drive and cooperate with other departments to achieve factory target

We believe you have

At least 5-6 in area management with at least 2-3 years at managerial level Needed advanced TPM/ WCM experience Project background will be a plus Experience  in other Processes/ Production will be an advantage
