Job Summary

Tetra Pak is a world leading food processing and packaging solutions company. Our team of dedicated innovators, and experts leverage cutting-edge science and technology to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in the global food and beverage industry. Whether it’s innovating the next generation of processing and packaging solutions, to developing renewable and recyclable materials, this role will ensure that we are engaging with our audiences effectively on the web.
We are seeking a Temporary Website Manager to join our Brand and External Digital Channels Team on a 12-months contract. In this role, you will be working as part of the website team to deliver a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with our digital marketing goals and enhances our online presence. 
You will oversee the daily operations of our website, ensuring an optimal user experience which meets performance objectives and drives engagement and conversions. Additionally, you will be involved in the delivery of several IT projects to enhance the website functionalities. 
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in website development, project management and technical expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) to make a significant impact on our digital growth and success.

 

This is a 12 months temporary position that can be based in our European offices.


 

What you will do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the website ensuring a smooth user experience 
  • Troubleshooting web issues and assist in resolving those, including website downtime, security vulnerabilities, traffic blocking or bandwidth issues etc.
  • Coordinate and execute website developments in partnership with IT 
  • Project manage web enhancements from prototype to implementation and maintenance (service), managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables
  • Support the website team with website revamps, making the website more accessible (WCAG) and other projects. 
  • Represent the business in project teams and advise on best practice for web developments and revamps from a technical, UX and analytical perspective
  • Develop and implement standardised processes and workflows to optimise the ways of working with business and IT stakeholders

We believe you have

  • 5-8 years experience in website management and development for an international company
  • Experience in project management and working in close collaboration with IT
  • Experience working on a global content or marketing platform that is used in multiple markets and languages – ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Web expertise, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in supporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Siteimprove is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Web Development, IT or relatable subjects
