Job Summary

The WCM Analyst will support the WCM Manager in achieving overall progress in all distribution center KPIs through the systematic application of the WCM methodology. This role involves coordinating and supporting teams and pillars to implement WCM at the distribution center.

What you will do

As our WCM Analyst you will: 

  • Ensure WCM implementation aligns with company strategy
  • Coordinate data collection and loss eradication activities
  • Implement necessary WCM methodologies
  • Plan, adapt, and conduct training sessions
  • Motivate and empower people with a positive attitude
  • Promote and support the cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, and improvements
  • Work closely with pillar leaders and department managers to deploy WCM plans
  • Lead without formal authority

We believe you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering or Management
  • Formal and informal team leadership experience
  • Experience with either Lean / WCM / TPM / OpEx
  • A systematic approach to problem definition and solving, with the ability to translate long-term strategies into mid/short-term actions
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to exchange information and support colleagues to achieve personal and team goals
  • Proficiency in SAP EWM and ECC
  • Skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (considered an advantage)
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
