Job Summary
We are now looking for a Value Stream Data Analyst who will support strategic transformation in Tetra Pak Services by utilizing diagnostics, data intelligence, and advanced analytics.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. You will report to Value Stream Services Director, Next Generation Service Operations
What you will do
As a Value Stream Data Analyst, you will align with business strategies, simplify complex needs into actionable, data-driven solutions, and develop analytical products like simulation tools and reports, ensuring industry standards. You will share best practices, provide solution support, train users on data tools, and collaborate with product owners and data engineers to maintain solution integrity. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives, develop execution plans, and act as a key stakeholder in analytics projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Utilize diagnostics, data intelligence, and advanced analytics to align with business strategy.
- Simplify complex business needs into data-driven solutions and analytical products
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for analytics best practices, providing support and training on data analytics tools.
- Collaborate with product owners and data engineers to troubleshoot and ensure solution integrity.
- Lead and execute change management initiatives for new analytical solutions.
- Act as a key stakeholder in service business development for analytics solutions.
- Build networks and partnerships to enhance solution impact.
- Collaborate with cross-business teams for continuous improvement and new opportunities.
We believe you have
- Master’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Experience in developing and deploying large-scale analytical solutions.
- Expertise in data modelling, DAX, SQL, and database management.
- Project/Product Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Proven experience in managing change initiatives
- High proficiency in analytics, data visualization, simulation, and data modelling tools.
- Expertise in DAX, Python, R, and advanced statistical analysis
- Familiarity with optimization models, operational research, predictive modelling, and machine learning.
The ideal candidate possesses strong critical-thinking abilities and can effectively simplify complex problems. You demonstrate excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, and bring valuable experience from international and intercultural environments. The role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
