Job Summary
We are now looking for a System Support Administrator who will be responsible and accountable for the coordinated of service assignments for TecX System Support and FPS/APS.
The position is temporary until 31st of December 2025, based in Lund, Sweden and the working time is 60%.
You will be reporting to the Manager System Support CB>.
What you will do
As a System Support Administrator within Tetra Pak Services, Customer Issue Resolution, you will be responsible for executing administration activities for maintenance/service and contributing to the overall service result and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Invoicing cost follow-up of service assignments
- Accountable for quality, cost, time to market of Invoicing.
- Coordination of logistics and shipping details
- Approving, adjusting and allocating work hours in SAP
- Employee master data maintenance in SAP
- Functional location creation and yearly maintenance SAP
- Track and follow up calibration and update data base.
- Support and communication with market companies in relation to service administration
We believe you have
- An exam from high school or equivalent, within finance, administration or similar.
- Approx. 5 years of relevant professional experience in administration.
- Good user knowledge in MS Office tools and SAP R/3 as well as Business Object is required for this position.
- A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
- You are a person that gets energized by making things happen.
- You have excellent communications skills and building relationships is something that comes naturally to you.
- You are driven by customer-centricity and your strength is having a strong business acumen.
