Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies. PSE Supplier Management (PSE SuM) is responsible for the Tetra Pak Processing Systems and Equipment supplier base globally. We are now looking for a Supply Manager to the Projects category, working closely with the SuM organisation in clusters and market companies. 

What you will do

The PSE SuM organisation offers you a creative and stimulating international work environment. We are now looking for an experienced Supply Manager to strengthen our team in Lund. In this role you will work closely with our Professional Service and Installation Service suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the creation and execution of our Global Purchasing Category strategies. You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can heavily influence the activities and results. In this position you will have a functional responsibility but not any direct reports. This position will be based in Lund- You will travel around 30 – 40 days per year. 

You will focus on

  • Sourcing, contracting and maintaining a supplier base
  • Analyze spend data and implement Category Strategies for the defined Categories
  • Driving Performance Improvements focusing on quality, lead time and cost
  • Driving a common agenda with the supplier base, defining agreement on cooperation expectations between Tetra Pak and the Suppliers
  • Influencing and aligning global stakeholders in clusters and market companies

Who you are

We are looking for you how is driven, self-going with great networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders both internally and externally. You also have a great passion to do business and the courage to challenge current state in a constructive and positive manner that builds trust. To be at you best in this position you have several years relevant working experience with strong commercial skills and a proven track record in negotiations and category-based purchasing. Experience from purchasing of professional services and/or installation services is highly valued. Great knowledge in the Office Package is a must. Experience from SAP R/3 and Ariba is a strong merit.

You have a university degree within Engineering or Economics. You are proficient in English both verbally and in writing, any other language is a merit.
