As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll work cross-functionally within the Global Operational Excellence team to improve our Packaging and Processing Equipment supply chains. You’ll focus on increasing customer order fulfilment and driving value, while collaborating with a dynamic, global team full of energy and purpose.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires occasional travelling globally - up to 10%.

What you will do

  • Lead and optimize warehousing processes and drive global competence development across global production centers.
  • Drive supply chain performance improvements and remove operational constraints.
  • Develop and implement standards for capacity, inventory, and material planning.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Set supply chain requirements for new development activities.
  • Build and manage a global community of warehousing experts to drive capability and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with global SOPs and data standards.
  • Collaborate with digital transformation teams to deploy tools such as SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and OTM.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve warehousing-related process issues.
  • Monitor and report on warehousing KPIs to guide performance improvements.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration for integrated supply chain execution.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in warehousing operations and supply chain optimization.
  • Familiarity with IM, WM (EWM) modules of SAP, preferably on a Business Expert level.
  • Experience in warehouse capacity planning and inventory optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with global teams and cross-functional units.
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to conduct improvement workshops.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel multiple times per year, typically for a few days to one week.
