Job Summary

Would you like to join Tetra Pak and be our Social Media Specialist, actively shaping our social media presence?
Tetra Pak is a world leading food processing and packaging solutions company. Our team of dedicated innovators, and experts leverage cutting-edge science and technology to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in the global food and beverage industry. Whether it’s innovating the next generation of processing and packaging solutions, to developing renewable and recyclable materials, this role will ensure that we are engaging with our audiences effectively on Social media.
You will be part of the Brand and External digital channels team working to create best in class experiences for our audiences.  As a social media expert, you will demonstrate to colleagues how to leverage the channel most effectively using both the corporate channels, paid media and employee advocacy. This role will also support in the day to day running of the channels exploring new opportunities as to how social media can support our objectives to enable growth, drive engagement and build our brand and reputation.

This is a permanent position that can be based in Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy). There is also the possibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

What you will do

  • Support in the development and execution of social media strategies
  • Work closely with and direct communications managers in their social media activities
  • Support in the management of our social media advocacy platform 
  • Support the development and execution of our employee advocacy program 
  • Support in the governance of our social media presence
  • Curate engaging content for the social media channels and employee advocacy channels 
  • Support in the optimisation of our social media advertising
  • Analyse and report social media metrics and suggest improvements
  • Work with our social media marketing tools Khoros and Haiilo

We believe you have

  • 3-4 years of experience in social media management
  • Excellent understanding of what makes high performing social media content for our different audiences such as customers, talent, key opinion leaders
  • Experience with social media advertising and strong understanding of social media KPIs
  • Ability to analyse data and drive insights
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Stakeholder engagement and alliance building expertise
  • Track record in successfully collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams
  • The ability to create content yourself is a plus eg video editing and copywriting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
