The European Services Administration Centre, a department within Tetra Pak Technical Service, handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department, based in Lund service ~3900 customer sites in Europe, Turkey & Maghreb in thirteen different languages. We are now looking for talented Service Administrator to join our Team here in Lund where you’ll report to directly towards your Team Manager.
 

What you will do

As Service Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible to deliver high quality service administration towards our service engineers in the field in close cooperation with many internal stakeholders. You’ll be part of our important back-office support function and collaborate with many different stakeholders.

You will focus on:

  • Back-office support and administration towards our service engineers. 
  • Communicate and collaborate together with internal colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Process time reporting as well as expense reports for all activities provided by field force.
  • Invoicing of service events performed at customers site and handle intercompany billing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities related to all service administration.


This is a permanent position and it will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
 

Who you are

We believe that you are a person that is result oriented and service-minded. You have no problem working on various of tasks at the same time. Your work is structured ensuring accuracy and details. You can work independently but you’re also a team-player and enjoy co-operating with others to solve work tasks in the most efficient way. You have experience from other or preferably similar administrative work. You are very familiar with use of the office package and meritorious if you have experience of working in CRM/SAP in earlier work.

The position requires good communication and you have to be fluent in English both written and verbally. It’s meritorious if you also are fluent in German both written and verbally, but that’s not a requirement.
