Processing Solutions & Equipment ensures that we are able to deliver on the Equipment Supply Chain objectives on best-in-class customer experience, shortened delivery times, secure project margins and obtain cost savings. To further improve our delivery and thereby meet our customers’ evolving needs and ensuring that we have the right and efficient ways of working, we are driving a number of transformation projects.

 

We are now looking for an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager within the “Value Stream PSE, Projects and Tools”. You will be playing a key role in contributing to Tetra Pak’s strategic ambitions in the projects and equipment business by managing a cross-functional project in the area of PDM/PLM (Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management) systems with interfaces to SAP.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, including its sub-streams, in accordance with the set objectives. The work environment will operate cross processes, cross functions, cross organisations and with a substantial portion of change management. The result often targets changes for people, processes, tools and organisations, and you will work with a worldwide network.  

 

The position is permanent, and the preferred location is to be based in Lund, Sweden, but it can be flexible for a suitable candidate outside of Sweden and may include international travelling (10-20%). 

What you will do

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects and have the overall responsibility for your project/-s with scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives. You will also prepare, align with key stakeholders and present the project for review and decision in the project governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the projects. 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and motivate the team; it comes naturally to you to foster a trusting and inclusive work environment.
  • Execute the project in an efficient way in line with the applicable process 
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Create and deliver on the business case
  • Understand and manage interdependencies between supply chain, operations, and business needs. 
  • Drive to get progress in an effective way in collaboration with others.

We believe you have

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher within Engineering, Food technology or equivalent  
  • Experience in working within engineering, product development and product life cycle management (PLM) and relevant processes within food and beverage industry. 
  • A well-established understanding of opportunities and solutions in a digitalized set up of engineering platforms and tools. 
  • Experience in managing a team and driving change in a complex stakeholder environment.  
  • Analytical and structured and an excellent teambuilder. 
  • Excellent communication skills and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations. 
  • Running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or hybrid. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. 
  • Proven work experience in Business Project Management is a must. 
  • Project Management certification from PMI is a must.
