Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme planning and Change Management Lead to support a large-scale business transformation programme. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working, tools, and processes across the organizations. You will work closely with project teams, and stakeholders to drive change readiness, engagement, and monitor success.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
• Collaborate with project managers and functional leads to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption and deployment success.
We believe you have
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and how different functions interact and influence change.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive results across diverse teams and geographies.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and experience applying them in real-world scenarios.
