Job Summary

The Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP) is the new foundation for everything we do at Tetra Pak. It's a strategic programme to standardise, harmonise, and simplify our ways of working across the company. The programme will do this by building two elements of our operating model:
 
1. Our future technology and data foundation
2. Our future process landscape
 
We created the next chapter for Tetra Pak to become a more dynamic, productive and capable company. To achieve this, we introduced a new operating model, including a new organisational structure. The Next Chapter System Platform programme will strengthen our operating model to help us work in new ways in the years ahead.
 
This is a multi-year transformation starting with the first pilot in Iberia, followed by several further pilots and implementation waves based on geographical scope. At the heart of this is our ERP replacement with SAP S/4HANA.
With NCSP programme, we'll build more than a platform, we'll create the foundation for Tetra Pak's success for the next 70 years and beyond. 

Programme Management Office of NCSP is responsible for six key areas related to the overall programme. 
-    Methods & Tools - Centre of Governance & Compliance
-    Planning & Execution - Strategic & Integrated Planning
-    Risk & Quality - Delivery & Quality Assurance
-    Dependencies Management - Manage Programme Dependencies
-    Resource Planning & Control - Resource & Capacity Management
-    Solution Delivery Centre PMO - Delivery Planning and Execution

The PMO will also have dedicated PMO representatives that will be embedded in each project that drives the implementation from initiation to deployment according to the programme rollout plan. 
-    Project PMO Network - Consistent Execution of PMO Practices 

The position will preferably be based in Lund, Sweden but you can be based in other Tetra Pak location in EMEA region.

What you will do

As the Resource Planning & Control Manager in the NCSP Programme, you will strategically plan and allocate resources across the programme’s wave projects. You will drive optimal utilization through effective control of resource demand and supply planning, ensuring efficiency and supporting profitability. Additionally, you will enable data-driven and visualized management of the programme’s total resource allocation and effort estimation, delivering actionable insights for decision-making and scenario analysis. Success in this role requires close collaboration with all units contributing resources to the programme.


Key areas in your role: 
•    Lead resource forecasting for the NCSP programme, driving input and constraint planning to support scenario analysis and informed decision-making. 
•    Establish and enforce forecasting principles, guidelines, and timelines, ensuring consistent adoption of PMO best practices across the programme. 
•    Design, develop, and maintain the programme’s resource roster, providing a clear view of allocation across all projects. 
•    Deliver visualized resource distribution and utilization reports, enabling proactive workload and capacity management and supporting programme leadership with actionable insights. 
•    Implement early-warning mechanisms to identify bottlenecks or imbalances in resource pools and take corrective actions promptly. 
•    Anticipate future resource needs and gaps, developing proactive plans for recruitment, upskilling, or training initiatives. 
•    Coordinate resource assignments within budget, ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles through collaboration with Project Managers, department heads, and HR. 
•    Lead the On/Off-boarding process for the resources in the programme.
•    Resolve resource-related bottlenecks and optimize workflows, continuously improving efficiency and supporting programme success.

We believe you have

•    At least 5-8 years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager or experience in managing resources for complex programmes.
•    PMP certificate or equivalent University degree.
•    Successfully handled several major projects and preferably understands Tetra Pak landscape.
•    Experience from managing cross functional project teams.
•    Fluent English skills.
•    Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, analytical skills, change management skills.
•    Capability to maneuver through highly complex political and cultural situations effectively
