Job Summary

The Development & Quality (D&Q) department within Liquid Food Solutions (LFS) has a global role to develop new products and production concepts for the different business streams; Dairy, Beverage, Prepared food and Plant-based industry. The D&Q team, Project Management & Planning supports the business with product development, business transformation, and other needs for the business streams and other key stakeholders.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to support and drive development projects and activities for LFS. In this role, you will be an integral part of our agile work structure, taking various responsibilities as Project Manager, Product Owner and/or Scrum Master. You will participate in agile events and help the development teams to stay focused and organized. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across our global organization.
The position offers a wide internal and external network in a global organisation. You will work with the newest food processing technologies, delivering new innovations and improvements, in the field of process optimization, sustainability and product quality.
This is a permanent position located in Lund, Sweden. Travel may occur but is limited.
What you will do
- Independently manage development projects and activities according to a prioritized backlog, within assigned budget, according to the agreed time plan and requirements
- Maximize the output of D&Q development teams by effectively managing product and business stream backlogs.
- Inform, report and give recommendations to relevant governance bodies to facilitate decisions and progress.
- Navigate and adapt Tetra Paks internal processes and agile practices to suit the specific needs of each development initiative.
- Collaborate with Product Management, and other stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with defined business objectives
- Participate in various agile events, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping the team follow Agile principles and continuously improve.
- Actively contribute to the LFS Agile methodology, fostering continuous improvements and team collaboration.
We believe you have
- Minimum 5 years within Project Management / Product Owner / Scrum Master or equivalent experience from technology or product development, preferably within the food processing industry or similar.
- Skills in applied Agile principles and Scrum methodology, with solid experience from a role as Project Manager.
- BSc in Engineering is preferred.
- PMI certification and experience from waterfall projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A passion about people and a strong drive for results with solid stakeholder management skills. This will enable you to navigate in a matrix organisation. We also see that you can easily interact with people at different levels and build trust. You are persistent, structured, have strong analytical and planning skills and are self-motivated.
