We are looking for a Project Manager, to join our Tetra Top Programme!

 

We are looking for a Project Manager in Tetra Top & Tetra Rex Programme within Development & Technology organization. You will be leading a cross-functional team responsible to maintain and develop solutions for the Tetra Top system. You will be part of a dynamic working environment and collaborative community with customers in focus.
    
The position will be based in Lund (Sweden) and you will report to the Programme Manager Tetra Top Programme.

What you will do

As a Project Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver solutions for the Tetra Top related equipment and package. You will therefore collaborate closely with colleagues within Development & Technologies as well as Packaging Solutions, Services, Finance & Supplier Management and Market Operations as well as suppliers and customers.

 

You will be leading product development projects in a global environment with opportunities for personal growth and career development. 

 

Main responsibilities

  • Managing overall project execution, including resource and project planning, budget, long-term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, business needs and reporting to governance forums 
  • Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective, including industrialization and deployment, as well as continuous improvement of both products and way-of-working
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure good system deliveries and programme team to actively give input on the future roadmap of your area

We believe you have

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development
  • PMI education/certification and experience in building high-performance teams. 
  • Your communication skills in Swedish & English, both written and oral, are at an excellent level.  

 

You are a passionate leader who strives to maximize productivity. You have a business mindset and balance at ease in-between customer/business value and technology/quality/scope on the other hand. You are a good communicator who can manage stakeholders at different levels. Tetra Top is growing, and this requires you to be dynamic and pragmatic. You get motivated by introducing new Tetra Top solutions to the market that are valued by customers and consumers. 


You have experience in Project and/or Product Management and preferably an agile way of working.

 

You are a result-oriented and self-motivated person eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you are a good collaborator who can collect information from different sources and have the ability to analyse in a condensed way.

 

This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, to be able to negotiate and communicate both in commercial and technical terms. You have strong stakeholders’ management ability as you would interact with high-level stakeholders.
