If you believe that you are ready to take on this challenge with an open and eager mind and wants to contribute to the important delivery of this HR service, you may be the person we are looking for.
We are looking for an HR Country Representative focused on Sweden. In this role, you will provide country-specific HR support in areas such as labour law, government relations, local reward, policies, and occupational health and safety. You will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders and play an active role in local HR activities. Collaboration with our HR Service Centre teams will be key to your success.
This role is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As HR Country Representative you will:
• Advise and support on labour law matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with unions
• Ensure quality and compliance in local benefits and policies
• Drive improvements and propose policy updates
• Take ownership of incoming requests in our ticket system
• Support managers with individual employee cases
We believe you have
You are an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in a similar role, ideally with a strong focus on labour law. You have solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and proven experience in managing union relations. You combine business understanding with the ability to build trust and manage complex issues.
You are proactive, structured, and skilled at leading discussions at both individual and organizational levels. Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English are essential. A university degree in Labour Law or a related field is required. Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
