Global Business Expert

We are looking for a Global Business Expert who will work with the Supplier Quality & Food Safety team and processes. This role will ensure we increase efficiency, automation, and digitalization of our processes. You will be working within the team responsible for the processes and tools related to the functional area. In this role, you will work to find new ways of making sure that our processes and tools are constantly improving. You will have the mandate to identify and propose process improvement opportunities, participate in projects and continuous improvement activities.

This position could be based in Lund (Sweden), Pune (India).

What you will do

As a Global Business Expert, you will:

• Ensure compliance and implement global processes in related sub-processes and drive adoption of processes and tools
• Understand business needs, give feedback to global process team to continuously improve SuM processes.
• Work with varying activities from very detailed problem-solving tasks to driving change management
• Participate/support or drive activities in global process projects and be the voice of SQFS 
• Support teams with reporting needs to enable decision making
• Ensure compliance with the global processes (Issue resolution). 
• Support implementation and training of end users on processes.
• Drive forum of expertise for Business Experts related to IR Process
• Be the go-to person on questions on process from region or local SuM teams.
• Business support org. service level, issue backlog & prioritization, business lead on tech development & CI and drive tool utilization (Fiori & Ariba)
• Drive the plan to onboard new organizations & suppliers and provide support.

We believe you have

• A university degree
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba
• Above 3 years of solid experience in Supplier Management process and tools.
• Stakeholder management - Change management  
• Strong training and coaching abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a knack for collaboration and teamwork.
• You are driven, structured and work to continuously improve and strive for excellence in small and big things. You are a network builder and use your network to move forward and solve complex problems. You have a proven ability to motivate and explain the “why” to get people committed across functions.
